### Herbiyana Exchange & Return Policy  

*At Herbiyana, we strive to provide you with high-quality herbal products, and your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Here's how our policy works:*  

1. *Majoon-e-Herb:*  
   - Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the seals are unopened.  
   - If the seal is opened, the product is not refundable or exchangeable.  
   - Customers with allergies to any ingredients may receive a partial refund (not full) with valid proof.  
   - Herbiyana reserves the right to grant partial refunds to special/loyal customers with genuine reasons.  

2. *Return Process:*  
   - Initiate by contacting us via WhatsApp ‪(+92 344 129 1119‬) within 7 days of delivery.  
   - Send the unopened product to our return address at your expense.  
   - Include a picture of the parcel with the delivery slip.  
   - Refunds processed within 24 hours of receiving the return (minus Rs. 250 fee).  

3. *Timeframe:*  
   - Policy applicable within 7 days of delivery (inclusive of receipt day).  

4. *Critical Conditions:*  
   - ❌ No change-of-mind returns  
   - ❌ No returns for opened products  
   - Rs. 250 deduction applies to all refunds
